Privacy notice

We collect your personal details, the details of the people you name, your photo ID and your health wishes only to prepare and review your documents and to verify your identity.

Your photo ID is private identity information. It is kept with your file so our solicitor can check that the name matches you. It is not published, and it is not used for marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. Data is stored securely and access is limited to the reviewing solicitor. You may ask for a copy of, or the correction of, the information we hold. Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and solicitors’ confidentiality obligations.

If you give us someone else’s details (for example an executor, attorney or witness), please let them know you have done so.
